• Pricing and billing cycles are displayed in the App before purchase

• You may cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings

5.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
• We do not provide direct refunds for App Store purchases

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Use automated tools to interact with the App
• Upload images containing personal information of others without consent

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 AI Processing

• We use third-party AI services (Anthropic's Claude) to process your uploaded images
• AI-generated flashcards are based on automatic content extraction and may contain errors
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content

7.2 Content Accuracy Disclaimer

• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Use AI-generated content at your own discretion for study purposes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for providing our services
• You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you provide
